The manufacturing process is where all the research and insights can be materialized, developed and implemented. There are two major parts to the manufacturing process

Part 1: Sourcing the raw materials

We source only high grade, premium quality raw materials like limestone which increases the distributivity of cement, calorific value coal as an energy source and iron ore from around Nepal and the world to make sure the foundation of our final products is strong and reliable.

Part 2: The Clinker

We source only high grade, premium quality raw materials like limestone which increases the distributivity of cement, calorific value coal as an energy source and iron ore from around Nepal and the world to make sure the foundation of our final products is strong and reliable.

Part 3: The Cement

The clinker is now an ingredient which makes up for 95-97% of the cement, and another addition is gypsum, which is crucial in controlling the settling capacity of the cement, which is imperative in construction. The mixture is grinded to create the final product of cement. Some special types of cement also have certain more ingredients to give them unique properties.

Part 4: Storing and transporting

This cement now is stored in a silo, and is then packaged in 50 kilogram capacity of bags or sacks, further transferred using a loader in the trucks to construction sites for building better infrastructure around the world!
